MEETING MINUTES

The Meeting – was held at the Mayfield Twp. Hall

Networking – 4:00 pm Sign in, Set-up, Pay Dues, refreshments, Plant sale from Botanophilia

Speaker – 5:05 pm Dr. Susan Haddock, “Follow Me Down the Primrose Path”

Business Meeting – There was no Treasurer’s report given due to having a speaker present.  There were no corrections to the May meeting minutes. Sandy Vukonich made a motion to accept the minutes; Pat Maitland seconded it.  Membership voted unanimously to approve the minutes.

Next meeting – July 10th will be our garden tours, at Barb Hunter’s home and Cathy Hodgson’s home. The times will be 1pm – 4pm at Cathy’s and 1pm – 8pm at Barb’s.

Calendar of Events -June 14th, tour at Pace Gardens, Botanophilia will be selling plants. August 14th – tour at Sandy Vukovich’s home in Oxford. September 11th – EMHS Plant Exchange at Suncrest Pavillion, 4:00pm potluck, 5:00pm meeting, 5:30pm plant exchange. November – No meeting, Board will meet for the Annual Board meeting. December 11th – Annual Christmas Party at Mayfield Twp. Hall. Anniversary pins and keychains are available for any paid membership that have not received one.  Additional pins and keychains are available for a fee of $5.00 each.

Announcements – The Gavit’s are going to be selling a lot of their hostas.  Please call Cell – 989-574-8727 Home- 989-793-1339.  Please note that we cancelled the potluck on July 10th that was to be held at Suncrest Gardens.
